Sure, how you eat plays an important role in weight control , but we sldo discuss how hydration, stress, sleep habits, relationships, and exercise affect your overall wellness.

We provide on-going support and make adjustments in our follow-up sessions. You will be able to ask any questions you may have or discuss what has worked or not worked for you since the previous session. These changes will be incorporated into your lifestyle forever! Can I cancel my membership at any time?We aim to work with you to feel your best. Depending on your current lifestyle and habits, you make notice changes quickly or it may take a while. This is not a crash diet program so patience is key so changes are lasting. If you are not satisfied with some aspect of your work with us, simply provide a 30 day notice of cancellation to be removed from all groups or coaching sessions.
